three day niagara falls and toronto tour, October 16-18th, 2017


day 1, Monday, October 16th                arrive in Toronto

Guests will arrive in Toronto and use the hotel shuttle to get to the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport. The tour director will be at the hotel to meet and assist with check in and give dinner suggestions.

day 2, Tuesday, october 17th              niagara-on-the-lake/niagara falls   

After breakfast at the hotel, board the coach for your ride to Niagara-on-the-Lake and enjoy some free time wandering
the streets of one of Canada’s prettiest towns. Here you will find many unique treasures in a variety of fabulous little boutiques and shops that line the main street. Lunch is included at an historic Queenston Heights Restaurant, and then you visit the Butterfly Conservatory where you will walk among over 2,000 colourful tropical butterflies flying freely in a beautiful rainforest setting full of lush, exotic plants and greenery. Hop aboard with Hornblower Niagara Cruises for a “Voyage to the Falls Experience” (similar to
the former Maid of the Mist). This is a must-do attraction allowing you to experience the falls up close, viewing and feeling the Falls in a way that cannot be done anywhere else. A visit to Table Rock, located at the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, offers exceptional views from the top of the Falls and an opportunity to capture some terrific photos. Multiple gift shops provide the opportunity to pick up some great souvenirs. Later today, check into the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls. This evening get to know your fellow travelers while enjoying a welcome dinner at the top of the Skylon Tower overlooking the Falls.   


day 3, wednesday, october 18th           niagara falls/toronto

After breakfast at the hotel, depart Niagara Falls and drive to Toronto. Upon arrival, spend some free time at the famous
St. Lawrence Market for lunch and shopping followed by a guided tour of Toronto. This afternoon, travel 554 meters up to the CN Tower Observation Deck and enjoy incredible views of the city below. If you dare, step onto the Glass Floor 112 building stories above the ground! Dinner is included this evening, and then enjoy a Broadway show. After the show, you will be transferred to the conference host hotel.


All sites listed in the itinerary will be covered but the sequence and days may be altered to adjust to religious holidays, special closings of sites, air schedules, etc. Hotels listed subject to confirmation. This tour is not recommended for those who have mobility limitations since it includes significant amounts of rigorous walking on uneven terrain. If a passenger is unable to get on and off the bus and walk without the assistance of another individual, the passenger must bring someone with them to assist them. Please note that the Americans With Disabilities Act is not applicable outside the USA and facilities in other countries may be limited.

land only tour rate

$799 USD per person land-only, based on double occupancy, with a minimum of 36 tour participants.
Price includes the current HST taxes that are applicable to non-Canadians. As this tour is being arranged by an American provider (Dehoney Travel) Canadian participants will pay an increase of approximately 6.5%

not included in above rate

Airfare. Single room supplement ($140 USD); passport fees; checked bag fees, excess baggage and forwarding of baggage; meals not listed as being included; after lunch and dinner beverages; items of a personal nature such as laundry; travel protection plan and
any item not herein listed as being included.


Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa). A deposit of $250 USD per person is required by July 1, with the remaining balance due by August 15. Enrollment in and payment of deposit constitutes your acceptance of the Tour Conditions described herein.

deviation itinerary

Any adjustment in standardized itinerary will carry a $100 USD fee (for each change) in addition to any additional expense required. This fee is applicable for research projected and/or accepted. To ensure efficient handling of these requests, Dehoney Travel, Inc. will
require that a tour deposit be received before a deviation request can be processed. If deviating from the group tour program, there will be no refund for any service not used.

air transportation

No air arrangements are included in the land-only price. Dehoney Travel can assist with booking your flights to/from Toronto if you desire. Contact our office for assistance.


Tour price based on two persons in a room in twinbedded accommodations with private bath in superior-touristclass, three-star hotels. While Dehoney Travel will try to match roommates, we cannot guarantee that a roommate will be available. In this case, the payment of single supplement will be required. When available, single rooms are often smaller than doubles. Single supplement, $140 USD.

meals and sightseeing

As listed in the day by day itinerary (B, breakfast; L, lunch; D, dinner). Two breakfasts; one lunch; two dinners included as per itinerary. Full sightseeing with luxury buses, English-speaking guides, and entrance fees to places visited as described in the itinerary
are included in the tour. Gratuities to guides, bus drivers and hotel personnel are NOT included in the tour rate. Suggested tipping amounts will be provided prior to departure.


Because of space limitations on buses used, we have included porterage for only one check-on bag (combination width, length, and height not to exceed 62 inches and maximum weight of 50 pounds) in tour cost. You may also take one carry-on which will fit under your airline seat or in the overhead compartment.

delays, cancellations and refunds

Dehoney Travel, Inc. is not responsible for changes and delays in schedules and cannot reimburse passengers for expenses resulting from delays, re-issuance of air tickets, etc. Should you cancel, there will be a fee of $100 USD for Dehoney Travel, Inc. to cover administrative costs. In addition, the following scale of charges will apply (per person) when notice of cancellation is given in writing after the booking is confirmed:

  • Up to 121 days prior to departure, $100.
  • 120-66 days prior to departure, $250.
  • 65-51 days, 50% of total tour price.
  • 50-0 days, 100% cancellation penalty.

On or after the date of departure there can be no refund for any service not used.

All cancellation notifications must be made in writing to Dehoney Travel, Inc. Please allow 4 weeks for cancellation refund processing.

travel protection plan

As many U.S. health carriers do not provide benefits while outside the country and cancellation penalties can be substantial for many tours, Dehoney Travel, Inc. offers a Travel Protection Plan, TripCare, through Allianz Global Assistance. The Option to Waive Preexisting Condition Exclusion requires purchase of Travel Protection within 14 days of the date on your tour deposit check or your credit card tour deposit being processed at Dehoney Travel. You may decline the Travel Protection Plan, but a signed disclaimer is required and all charges for cancellation or medical treatment/transport while traveling are your responsibility.
