Cross-Cultural Missions

Four ideas for being effective in cross-cultural ministry :

  1. Go into it with the idea that you will gain more than you will give
  2. Have an open mind to learn about the culture you are starting to work with
  3. Ask a team of prayer warriors to be a support to you and to the ministry and keep them updated on specifics to pray for.
  4. Expect discouraging moments and have a mentor or spiritual director you can talk to.
