Angelita Clifton is an associate minister at Fountain Baptist Church in Summit, New Jersey, and works with the Lott Carey Convention's Anti-Trafficking Initiative. In her spiritual community and surrounding areas, she provides pastoral care to women who have been imprisoned, trafficked, or victimized by other forms of trauma.
An advocate for equipping, educating, and empowering women domestically and abroad, she has been about her Father's business in Ethiopia, Ghana, Greece, India, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Spain, and South Africa. She currently serves as a delegate for the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey, a liaison to the National Council of Churches of New Jersey and a member of the Baptist World Alliance Commission on Human Rights Advocacy. Her mantra, "my life is the best message" guides her response on and off the mission field. "Blessed to be a blessing", Angelita is eternally grateful for the great things God has done.
